Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy for retail book orders placed on Sugam Technologies.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent to admin@sugamtechnologies.com as soon as possible. A request can be considered only before the order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Books
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect book, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
